ABOUT VISTA PLACE

North Florence’s Vista Place catalytic project area is located on Vista Street, bound by Irby Street to the west and Oakland Avenue to the east. Vista Elementary School sits directly across the street from the first phase of new homes to be built in the neighborhood. There is a sense of community pride and a strong high school alumni pride and involvement. The “Complete Streets” approach to Vista Street will provide safe routes to schools for the neighborhood.
